Once faded and weathered, the façade now shines with vibrant contrast thanks to a bold two-tone colour scheme: warm Butternut on the upper level and rich Orange below.

This project not only enhanced curb appeal but also provided the building with a protective thermal barrier. F08 improves energy efficiency, helps regulate indoor temperatures, and seals surfaces from moisture infiltration — all while maintaining breathability and flexibility.
