Originally coated with deteriorating stucco, the building faced both aesthetic and performance challenges due to years of weather exposure.

Our ultra white F08 solution was spray-applied to restore and protect the facade while enhancing the building’s energy efficiency. The breathable, elastic properties of F08 are ideal for rehabilitating aging stucco, sealing microcracks, and preventing future water infiltration — all without compromising architectural integrity.
Not only did this project brighten the visual impact of the structure, but it also improved thermal insulation and extended the life of the building envelope. Thanks to VIPEQ, this historic building now boasts a refreshed appearance and long-lasting protection against Lisbon’s sun, wind, and humidity.
