This school in Spruce Grove underwent a striking upgrade with VIPEQ’s Thermal CorkShield F08, transforming a faded, weather-worn cinder block exterior into a clean, modern façade.
Previously marked by patchy paint and exposure damage, the surface was fully revitalized with our Charcoal Grey cork coating.
F08 was chosen for its superior insulation properties, crack-bridging flexibility, and breathable, water-repellent finish — perfect for enhancing both performance and visual appeal in Alberta’s variable climate.
